Accessory structures are allowed subject to Article 7 and the accessory-structure height limits in each residential figure (20 ft in AG/30, 15 ft in the other residential districts). Size, number, placement, and any permit requirement are set in Article 7 of Appendix B. Confirm the current standards and whether a permit is needed with Wylie Planning and Zoning before building.
