What setbacks apply in Aubrey?
For base residential districts, the Sec. 22 schedule sets the yard figures by district. AG-R uses 45 feet front, 30 feet side, and 50 feet rear. SF1 uses 30 feet front, 25 feet side, and 30 feet rear. SF10, SF75, SFAC, and MF use 25 feet front, 8 feet side, and 25 feet rear. Commercial and industrial districts use note B: yards are generally not required except where a nonresidential use abuts a residential lot, in which case the adjoining residential-zone and visibility/parking requirements apply. PD property must be checked against the specific adopting ordinance and development plan.
