What is the minimum lot size in Aubrey?
The Sec. 22 schedule sets the base minimums. AG-R and SF1 require 1 acre. SF10 requires 10,000 square feet. SF75 and SFAC require 7,500 square feet. MF uses schedule note A: at least 9,000 square feet for dwelling-unit construction, plus 1,500 square feet for each dwelling unit over three. GR and SC use note B, while C and IND list 0 minimum lot area in the schedule. PD property depends on the adopting ordinance.
