Single-family dwellings require 1 off-street parking space per unit, or 2 spaces per unit if parking is provided in an enclosed garage (Sec. 9.4). Nonresidential parking ratios are set by use in the Sec. 9.4 table (for example, general office is 1 space per 250 square feet); maximum parking caps are in Sec. 9.4.1, and shared, satellite, and off-street loading provisions are in Secs. 9.4.3 through 9.4.5. Vehicle parking design standards (surfacing, connectivity, structured parking) are in Sec. 9.5, and bicycle parking standards are in Sec. 9.6. Exact ratios for every nonresidential use category are review-gated pending a full read of the Sec. 9.4 table; confirm the ratio for a specific use before relying on it.
