In the TD district, no minimum number of off-street vehicular parking spaces is required at all (Sec. 5.2.5.A). For all other base districts, Table 5-3 sets parking by use and by exactly two location columns: the DE zoning district or within a node in the CM or CC district (lower ratio), versus all other locations except TD (higher ratio). Examples: all other household living is 1.5 spaces per dwelling unit in the DE district or within a CM/CC node and 2 spaces per dwelling unit elsewhere except TD; office is 2 spaces per 1,000 sf in the DE district or within a CM/CC node and 3 per 1,000 sf elsewhere except TD; restaurant/bar and drive-thru restaurant are 10 per 1,000 sf in both columns; retail sales and services are 3 per 1,000 sf in the DE district or within a CM/CC node and 3.5 per 1,000 sf elsewhere except TD.
