Off-street parking is set by use in Table 1000-1 (Sec. 1020.010, Minimum Parking Requirements). Examples: single-family detached 2 spaces per unit plus 1 per room after the first 3 bedrooms; multifamily 1.5 spaces per one-bedroom unit, 2 per two-bedroom, 2.5 per unit with three or more bedrooms (garages do not count as parking spaces).
