Home occupations (office uses, personal services, education uses, and online-only retail including fabrication of goods and artisanal activities) are a permitted accessory use, limited to: family members residing in the dwelling; a maximum of 1 non-resident employee; a maximum of 1 customer/client at the residence at a time (or up to 5 students at a time for classes such as baking, craft, or dance). The home occupation must be incidental and subordinate to the residential use, and may occupy no more than 10 percent of the dwelling's gross floor area. No structural additions, exterior alterations, or other visible changes to the dwelling or lot are allowed. No noise, vibration, glare, smoke, fumes, odors, or electrical interference detectable beyond the lot line. No commercial vehicles, and no more than 1 noncommercial vehicle associated with the home occupation.
