C-6 has its own sign code: no pole signs, no flashing or moving signs, no pennants or backlit canopies, no temporary window signs. Wall signs are capped at 10 percent of the front wall face or 100 square feet, whichever is less, and 14 feet of height; a single-building tenant may use a 50 square foot monument sign (5 feet tall, 10 feet back from the right-of-way) instead. Permanent window signs are limited to 4 square feet plus 1 square foot per 10 lineal feet of window over 40 feet (Table 3.18.L.9.vi).
