NB — Neighborhood Business

CBD — Central Business District

Height in the Central Business District is tiered by distance from residential parcels (§ 770-42D):

  • Adjacent to a residential parcel, or directly across an alley: 30 feet
  • Less than 100 feet away: 50 feet
  • 100 to 150 feet away: 75 feet
  • 150 to 300 feet away: 100 feet
  • Beyond 300 feet: 125 feet
