Home occupations are permitted in the RA, R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-4 districts, and by cross-reference wherever those residential use lists apply, subject to five conditions (Section 4.4): no sign or visible indication of the business inside or outside the dwelling; the occupation is conducted wholly within the main building by its residents; no stock in trade is kept and nothing is sold or offered for sale from the home, though goods made in the home may be delivered to markets off premises; the occupation cannot require parking beyond what the house itself needs; and any home occupation creating objectionable noise, fumes, odor, dust, electrical interference, or more than normal residential traffic is prohibited.
