Home occupations are allowed inside a single-family dwelling under strict conditions (Sec. 10.0320): only family members residing on the premises may be engaged, with no outside employees; no more than 200 square feet of the dwelling may be used; the work stays entirely within the dwelling and never in an accessory structure; no change in outside appearance and no indoor or outdoor advertising or signs; no sales of goods manufactured elsewhere and no commodities sold on the premises; no equipment producing noise, vibration, glare, fumes, odors, or electrical interference detectable off the lot; traffic no greater than normal for the neighborhood, with any parking need met off-street outside the required front yard; hours limited to 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
