Maximum 30 feet for a one-unit dwelling. Maximum 35 feet for two- to four-unit and multiple-unit dwellings (Section 2.06).
The code states two different height limits for MXD-1. The Section 2.06 table lists 35 feet for two- to four-unit buildings and 45 feet for multiple-unit and commercial buildings. Section 2.09 lists 30 feet, with a garbled footnote that reads as allowing 35 feet for multiple-unit and commercial buildings. These provisions do not agree, and the code does not say which controls. Confirm the applicable height with the city before designing to any of these numbers.
Maximum 45 feet (Section 2.10).
Height in the CBD depends on which street the building fronts (Section 2.11).
Maximum 50 feet (Section 2.12).
