Single-family dwelling: 2 exterior spaces if a one-car garage, 1 if a two-car (or larger) garage, 2 if no garage; at least one guest space per five units on lots under 50 feet wide. Multifamily: 2 exterior spaces per unit with a one-car garage, 1 with a two-car garage, and (no garage) 2 spaces per unit with two-plus bedrooms or 1.5 spaces for a one-bedroom/efficiency unit, plus one guest space per five units. Office/retail/personal service: 1 space per 200 sq. ft. of gross floor area under 30,000 sq. ft., or 1 per 250 sq. ft. at 30,000 sq. ft. or more. Restaurants: 1 space per 200 sq. ft. (1 per 75 sq. ft. for free-standing/outparcel restaurants); drive-through restaurants add a 20-space minimum. Hotel/motel: 1 space per guest room plus 1 per 10 rooms. Manufacturing/industrial: 1 space per 500 sq. ft. Standard stall minimum 9.5 by 18 feet (16 feet allowed next to a landscaped curb with overhang). On-street parking may count toward the requirement for single-family and multifamily uses if driveway spacing and right-of-way width qualify. Handicapped spaces follow the F.S. 553.5041 table (for example 1 up to 25 total spaces, rising to 2 percent of total spaces over 500).
