All districts

Home occupations are permitted in residential zoning subject to a business tax receipt application to the City. No more than two employees or independent contractors may work at the home-based business without residing there (remote employees are unrestricted). The use must stay clearly incidental to the dwelling's residential character, with no exterior evidence of the business, no stock displayed or sold on-site beyond items made on the premises or used in the occupation, and no equipment beyond normal domestic implements. No objectionable noise, fumes, odors, dust, electrical interference, or above-normal traffic is allowed. Real estate brokers licensed under Ch. 475, F.S. may operate from home and may have up to two licensed sales associates in addition to the one-employee limit. Business vehicles/trailers must park in legal spaces, not in the right-of-way, over a sidewalk, or on unimproved surfaces.
