Maximum lot coverage 20 percent. Minimum floor area 1,500 square feet for the residential use.

R-1Z — Residential Single-Family Zero Lot Line

Maximum lot coverage 45 percent. Minimum floor area 1,300 square feet.

R-2 — Residential Two-Family

Maximum lot coverage 40 percent. Minimum floor area 750 square feet per unit (single-family detached or two-family attached).

R-MF — Residential Multi-Family

Maximum density consistent with the Future Land Use Map. Maximum building coverage 30 percent. Minimum open space 45 percent (see LDC Article 6 for additional open-space criteria). Vehicle use area 30 percent maximum non-pervious. Minimum separation between buildings 15 feet. All single-family (R-1A/B/C), zero lot line (R-1Z), duplex (R-2), and townhouse (R-TH) units within an R-MF development must also meet the base standards of their respective district sections.
