Sec. 505 provides city-wide standards for accessory uses and structures, including antennas, awnings, docks, dumpster enclosures, fences and walls, pergolas and gazebos, play equipment, pools and spas, rooftop solar, and utility/mechanical equipment. Table 505-1 lists each specific accessory use with its own detailed standards. Confirm the applicable district's underlying dimensional standards (which govern accessory-structure setbacks by default) and the specific accessory-use standard before building.
