All districts

Parking is set by use type in Table 6.1.7.A, not by zoning district. Single-family detached: 2 spaces, including any garage space provided. Duplex: 2 spaces per unit, including garage space. Single-family attached: 2 spaces per unit. Multi-family: 1 space per efficiency/studio, 1.5 spaces per one-bedroom unit, 2 spaces for units with two or more bedrooms, plus guest parking equal to 10 percent of the required total (up to 50 guest spaces) (Table 6.1.7.A). The City will not approve a parking lot built to more than 125 percent of the table's required spaces, except for developments needing 50 or fewer spaces (Sec. 6.1.7.A.1). A developer may seek a parking reduction during site plan review using ITE Parking Generation data or other credible evidence of lower actual demand (Sec. 6.1.7.A.4).
