Table 4.6-1 marks each use type P (permitted by right), C (conditional use permit under Sec. 3.5, decided by Town Council after a Planning Commission recommendation), W (permitted subject to additional performance standards in Sec. 4.6.D), A (accessory use only), T (temporary use under Sec. 3.6), or a dash (prohibited unless separately authorized). A conditional use permit follows the Major Site Plan approval procedure and requires findings that the use will not be noxious, injurious to neighboring property values, or detrimental to public health, safety, or welfare (Sec. 3.5).
