Maximum height 50 feet.
Height is set in the parcel's own final development plan; where not otherwise specified, the standards for the most nearly comparable base district apply (Sec. 3-5-4-A-3). review-gated: exact figures for a given PAD require pulling that PAD's adopting ordinance.
Attached architectural features (spires, cupolas, flagpoles, clock towers) may extend above the roof up to the height of the building; detached features up to twice the tallest building on site (Sec. 8-3-A). Non-residential buildings may add up to 10 feet above the district height limit for unoccupied architectural elements (parapets, chimneys, towers), capped at 50 percent of a building elevation's length or roof area (Sec. 8-3-B). Parapets or cornices may extend 5 feet above the height limit to screen mechanical equipment (Sec. 8-3-C). No height exceptions apply within an airport hazard district beyond what that district already allows (Sec. 8-3-D).
